1. How do I place order ?
1)Please Indicate the items ID with the size from our website.
2)Do send the information in detail (as for the item ID with the size, total quantity ,your mail, full name, posted address.) to our mail box or contact us by MSN, Skype? or Yahoo!
3) After receive your order confirmation, we will sum up the amount for your payment. You pay by our Payment Methods with our payment details. We delivery the products once your payment is confirmed.
2. Whats the minimum order ? Can I order 1 piece sample?
We prefer to start a regular order at minimum 12piece. you can mix the sizes and styles for your minimum order. If you need an order less 12piece or order 1piece as sample. Please kindly negotiate with us, we don¡¯t mind to start the business from minimum order even 1piece.
3. What is your Payment methods ? Do you accept cash on delivery (COD) ?
We accept the Western Union or MoneyGram. Do not use Paypal or credit card.
No. We only accept delivery upon your prepayment.
4. How are products packaged ? How long it takes to receive package ?
Products are shipped directly from stocks, and are all packaged in its original box (with bar code,tag,etc). Merchandises are carefully surrounded in protective material.
Most usually it takes 5-7 working day to receive the package.
5.If I need to order the items which aren¡¯t on the website, you can find them for me?
OK, that¡¯s no problem.
6. Will I have to pay import taxes?
An import tax may be due when your receive your products. This fee will be paid to FedEx or your local postal service depending on the service used to ship your package. We apologize, but we cannot estimate the cost of the taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. |
